On last nights "Crashing" Pete meets Ray outside the Comedy Cellar. Pretty cool being this show now starts.

streaming is just going to get worse. everyone will be starting their own individual service because netflix was awesome. if net neutrality falls completely its going to get worse even than that because your ISP will have deals with some and slow down others.

its just going to become a la carte cable

Except you won't pay less. We've hit the value peak and now the cost is going to keep creeping up. Bundling will become a thing again, but it won't save much.

I'm surprised and disappointed Travelers has been cancelled. It was a good and creative show.

what do you currently pay for cable? with each streaming service at 10-15 dollars plus sports streaming at 5 dollars plus still having to pay for internet which is more expensive without a cable package attached that seems like no discount at all to me.

Plus, my cable is Spectrum, and they now have Spectrum Mobile, which costs very little but uses Verizon's service, so I still get good coverage for only $14/gig or $45 unlimited data (unlimited talk/text for both plans). So for a family of 3 cell phones, I went from ~$150/month with Verizon down to $73/month with Spectrum for the same service, saving $78/month.

To All The Boys I've Loved Before and Lana Condor fans, I just discovered that she's one of the stars of the new SYFY show Deadly Class, which I think is a pretty cool show and posted about in OOTV.

She hopes to bring some of her Deadly Class character's toughness to Lara Jean in the upcoming To All the Boys I've Loved Before sequel due out in May.

I do want them to get some 80's cult classics. I wanted to watch Time Bandits and The Ice Pirates the other day and they don't have them. I had to Kodi Ice Pirates.

I am a cheap bastard. In fact, that is a nickname for me from my long suffering wife.

Netflix is the best value for what I get from any discretionary money in the monthly budget. I would cancel all our cell phones, and use the “land line” on the wall in the kitchen before I would cancel my Netflix.

Russian Dolls - enjoyed it, good acting and enjoyed the story, watched it all in one sitting, found it refreshingly different

Sex Education 5 eps in but think it is excellent. Even if it sucked I might still keep watching it cuz Gillian Anderson might be the hottest older woman on the planet.

travelers season 3 was good, but in typical travelers fashion don't think too hard about the plot because there are way too many holes and absurdities, just watch it for the great characters. Bummed there wont be any more seasons because the way they left it gave them some pretty amazing directions they could have gone in.
