Just a few thoughts on 22 July. It was just ok for me. I think it would have been much more enjoyable watching it as a 3 part series which is how it was released. I also didn't like how it was filmed in English. I thought it belittled the whole event and definitely detracted from the viewing experience.

I watched it. There are some things to like about it but overall I wasn't too impressed. I probably would have given up after the first few episodes if they had been an hour long instead of 30 minutes. 6/10

i think its definitely worse than last week tonight. i feel he really tries hard to land jokes and some of them just aren't that funny.

but the more political news shows we can get like this the better, imo.

I have watched half of it, of course its a down tick without KS. But its still a pretty good show.

On IMDB the individual episode ratings this season average about 4.5 out 10 each, that is a bit too much of down tick. lol

I watched S1&S2 of Man in the High Castle in the past and liked them both, S2 more than S1. I haven't been able to get into the new season at all, I think I'm halfway through the second episode and there doesn't seem to be any real plot and nothing seems to be happening at all.

May have mentioned this already but Last Chance U is a great show if you like sports docs like hoop dreams, show like Friday night lights, etc. Follows the football team at a junior college in Mississippi (season 1&2) and Kansas (season 3).

4 episodes down and I like it. Only 10 half hour episodes.

The only thing I don't like is every time they do a flash forward or back(which is like every 10 minutes) the jet flying by sound makes my windows rattle with the surround sound. lol

I finished Friends from College despite the reviews and it’s pretty meh. It’s weird because it seems to have all of the right stuff, but it’s lesser than the sum of its parts.

There are a lot of funny people involved and sometimes they are funny (Seth Rogen ep is clear high point), but mostly the show is too serious and depressing. I actually like that they chose to center the show around a unique premise: friends from college start having affairs with each other. But all of the characters are just kind of sad and I mostly felt anxious for them.

There is not a satisfying resolution either, which makes me wonder if season 2 was planned.
