Just finished first season of A Very Secret Service. Really fun show. Looks fantastic, beautifully shot, set in the 60s, French with subtitles. Not a serious show and yet it includes a little interesting politics and spy intrigue.

I literally tried watching the preview to everything sucks, wanted to like it, found one or two of the jokes awkward and flat and quit watching the preview.

I mean I gave it less of a chance then the mindy project, which wasn't much.

I might now watch the first episode given the knowledge that most people gave up part way through.

Paradise PD is certainly an "acquired" taste. I thought it was an abomination as well but I stuck with it and it kind of grew on me. It's still an abomination but I had more than a few chuckles.

It's basically just a re-skinned Brickleberry without Daniel Tosh.

I liked Brickleberry a lot but something was just off about Paradise PD. Besides the fact that they did almost nothing to change the characters, a lot of the gross out jokes that were funny in Brickleberry were just plain gross in Paradise PD.

Don't get the Sierra Burgess Is A Loser dislike, its pretty much exactly what you expect from a movie like that, so if you enjoy those movies i think its good, and if you don't its definitely a pass

I thought the first season was pretty good as it follows the movie VERY closely (I'm a big fan of the movie too). I gave up after it covered events after the movie, I didn't give it much of a chance though

This is true. I was more annoyed at myself for wasting my time watching it when I could have been watching some post-apocalyptic movie I think.
