The Wire... it's a bit too simplified and heavy-handed (the people of Baltimore don't trust the cops, WE GET IT). With that said, though, I still rate it highly and will absolutely watch the next episodes as they come out.
Haven't seen
Hollywood on Netflix mentioned in this thread. It's nothing spectacular, but it's pleasant enough. Basically they took race issues, gay issues, and sexual assault stuff and turned it into a story about a group of actors and filmmakers set in the 50s or something. As I'm describing it now, I'm realizing that had I read my own description, there's very little chance I'd have wanted to watch it. Oh well, it was OK.
