Not a pure cringe comedy but a large part of it was awkward situations that dipped into cringe.

The final season, at least what I did watch, was setting up for major cringe inducing things. The entire episode at the crappy house, the way the main 2 characters’ relationship was progressing, the relationship of the two main sides was as cringe-ready as it gets. Maybe it wraps up nicely but i felt it was going to be too much work to get there so I checked out

Yeah, I've watched 4 episodes. It is ****ing brutal, man. So strange...I can't imagine where it's going, as it obviously can't be "god's" doing.

That one is on my list.

I am digging Yellowjackets quite a bit!! As long as they keep it crazy and not try to overly dramatize aspects.

Spoiler:
The creators apparently pitched with the plan for 5 season. Since it’s showtime, that mean 10 seasons....

one of the guys behind lost went to my college and came and gave a talk about it

he said that they had a very clear vision for something like 3 seasons and pitched it as just that and then the network demanded more and piled on some additional monies and that's why they had to start leaning heavily on flashback episodes as they built background on the already established story arc

the beginning of flashback episodes is where these demands began taking place as they originally didn't have any of them

they ultimately had to make it up as they went along as well because they couldn't simply double the run length on backstory alone

he said this was a common occurence in tv where often times shows kind of fall apart over time because networks demand an extension that doesn't fit the original schematic

much preferred the british system where a network is content with having 6-12 episodes of goodness that finishes clearly

like with ted lasso, the network asked for more episodes, hence why we got the christmas episode and the coach beard episode as they didn't want to change their preconceived story arc and instead just did two wholly different kinds of episodes where they could have a "ted lasso" episode without touching the main plots

and pp, don't worry, dom cares very deeply about you and your thoughts

The King was a fun watch, not great or amazing but a worthy watch for me since it been years since I saw Braveheart. nothing anywhere close but I enjoyed it still.

I would love to have watched a 4-6 part limited series of the story. would've easily watched it for 40+mins more if I could

Yeah, it’s really bad. I can’t even fathom the older model of 22-24 episode seasons at this point. Even 12-13 is too much, even I like the show. 8-10 is the sweet spot!

Anyone who's a fan of Bill Burr or dark comedy in general, should check out his show Immoral Compass. Episodes are all under 10 minutes so its easy to binge them all. Brilliant show.

It is here on Roku for Free, about 10 episodes like 7 minutes each. I haven't watched it yet.

That new Kevin Hart/Wesley Snipes show True Story has a lot of potential. First episode was good. Don’t know if it will get really dark or lighten up and be far too predictable, but 7 episodes is an easy watch either way.

idk - I watched the first episode up until the major event when it suddenly seemed kind of cliche so I stopped watching. Maybe I'll click play again.

This is great, overdosing on Bill Burr between this and season 5 of F Os For Family getting released yesterday.

It does, but Wesley is a beast of an actor so I think it’ll be worth it for his performance alone, as long as it takes a dark path.

Overall it was pretty good. It went exactly where you thought it would, which is what it was hoping wouldn’t happen. Bit of a missed opportunity but oh well. Easy 7 ep watch. The ending climax was pretty freaking sick though

Can you imagine calling this sexy woman thick? Are you usually attracted to anorexic girls or preteens?
Googled her out of curiosity, she has the face/neck of a moderately pretty skinny woman and the body of a super hot thick woman, not sure i've ever seen that before lol.
