I believe everyone is racist by nature. Racism in itself is not necessarily evil. But two wrongs don't make a right. Denying systemic racism in this country is denying the need for change. Denying the need for change is denying the aggrieved group, in this case the black minority, their rights. Denying any groups legitimate rights is oppressing their rights. Which in other words, is a form of tyranny.

If you don't get deluded by personal experiences, and really get to know people from each ethnic closely, you soon realize that racism is only caused by some ethnics still being left behind in "first world (outdated term?)" countries.

If you put Blacks (outdated term...), Asians (?), and Caucasians (outdated term, but please google it!) - or whatever you want to call a race (...) - into let's say Boston, and let all of them have enough money and best education permanently, while they only make/have kids with their own ethnic, without incest, for 10-20 generations, I bet both my balls that there will not be a difference in IQ for more than 2 or 1% on average. Same for physical things like running etc. After 10-20 generations, there won't be more than 2 or 1% difference left, imo. And finally, there is no difference at all!
