After Ms OOT 2017 ended without a winner worthy of being stickied, Ana de Armas has reigned at the top of OOT for a record two years. However, it is now time to crown a new queen.

Traditional criteria for candidates are hotness, notability, relevance and attainability. Candidates must be female - a Mr OOT may be held at some point in the new year.
