You're currently on the ineligible list but some people have been appealing in that thread and I'm going with the judgement of the more senior and level headed members of the subforum as to whether exceptions should be made.

People who think they deserve exceptions can try posting what OOT threads they've been active in over the last few years or alternatively they can use the search function to show their number of posts in OOT over each of the last few years that would help. Something like "I only posted 8 times in 2018 but I posted 30 times in 2017 and 50 times in 2016. I've been helping people in the Online Dating Thread" is more likely to get an exception than "I used to be a legend round here before I got bored of you about 5 years ago".
