My point exactly. "Used to be an OOT contributor" doesn't mean "is an OOT contributor". And one of the Ms OOT rules to be allowed to vote is (and has always been?) to have been sort of active in OOT over the last year.
It's like goofy asking earlier for someone to be reinstated despite having exactly ZERO posts in OOT in 2018.
You can't attack Lektor for "changing the rules" when you're doing exactly the same thing !
