I see it a bit differently based on a broader view of the posters. I've seen patron make very worthwhile posts outside of Ms. OOT, especially relating to food--everything from fine dining to fast food. Every ScreaminAsian post I see reminds me of this:

The main problem with Ms. OOT is that there aren't enough celebrities to have one every year unless we allow participants from the previous year. But if you allow those celebrities, the results really shouldn't change much. People don't age fast enough that all of a sudden some girl who became runner-up one year can't make it out of the group stage the next year.

But banning those celebrities leads to me wondering who the hell these new people are. Honestly, I might as well be ranking random Facebook profile photos because I know them as well as I know these supposed celebrities up for voting.

I think it'd be more interesting to hold the next one a few years from now rather than next year and allow all celebrities to be nominated. Give some time for new stars to come in and old stars to fade away.
