Like I said earlier - I'm fine with that kind of stuff between OOTers. It's what the competition is about.

Anna Kendrick can't actually lose, she is Ms OOT Forever. It doesn't really matter what happens in any given year. She reigns supreme above all individual year winners and always will.

I'm fine with the electorate being reduced to just foatie.

Wait, can I vote or not?
01-16-2019 , 01:02 PM
Johnny,

Yes, you can vote, and your vote will be counted.
01-16-2019 , 01:24 PM
That 2013 Bennet v Watson round was about as elite as Ms OOT gets.

nn99 definitely went hard to the mat in this one. This is also back when Cotton was still routinely lifetilted by 90% of the rounds.

Some of the images have been lost to poor hosting choices, but it's worth a quick jaunt back in time if you never saw or just don't remember that thread.

I won't spoil it, but will note that at one point it was:

Yes, you can. You have just over 20 posts in OOT between 1 Jan 2018 and 29 Nov 2018

Who the **** is Chloe Bennet? I don't even watch Lord of the Rings, but I know Emma Watson is still relevant. Who the **** is _______ is pretty much how all of this year's final 8 will be referred to in 5 years.

Why 20? I've posted 10 times this year. But hundreds or thousands lifetime.

Also. My original account is a 2003 join date. So **** y'all young whippersnappers telling me what to do.

Rugby is not a politard interloper and his vote should count.
01-16-2019 , 03:41 PM
rugby has 15 posts in OOT from Jan-Nov 2018, and 250 posts in OOT since Sept 29, 2015. He's started 14 threads in his career and 9 of them were in OOT, all of them since June 2014. He's also a 6' 15" 350lb former international(ish?) rugby player, so you maybe don't want to **** with him.

I offered to step down from the elimination rounds on. If someone with credibility (e.g. a mod) wants to take over from the semi-finals onwards that's still fine.

Howard,

Since you are supporting individual posters' re-enfranchisement, but not the re-enfranchisement of all unfairly disenfranchised voters, can you please post your thoughts on the question below?

Howard, please frame your answer in the context of voter ID laws in the US. The more in depth the better!

I was not intending to trap Howard. Howard, please don't answer itt.

Perhaps a better person to pose that question to would be:

Lektor,

If you truly believe that what you are doing is fair, can you answer the following question?

I think we need to start the contest over.

I’m obviously not going to discuss voter ID laws, here or otherwise.

My view is that this is an OOT contest, and that there is not (nor should there be) any presumption that any person has any right to vote. Politard interlopers should not be allowed to vote, and any macro screening system is sure to have either false negatives, False positives, or both. I’m happy to let Lektor decide any of these issues and have his decisions be final given that he is running the contest. Making analogies to voting rights in USA#1 is not in any way useful and serves only to spread the politard plague.

Seems like that scarf could be hiding a giant misshapen skull. Denied.

Total posts in Ms OOT discussion threads by year for the last ten years:

2008: 195
2009: 111
2010: 286
2011: 175
2012: 799
2013: 715
2014: 315
2015: 418
2016: 421
2017: 130

we are currently at 846 and not even thru the round of 8 yet. Lektor should be commended for re-invigorating community interest in Ms OOT and surpassing all previous discussion thread records.

Was 2012 Anna Kendrick’s year?
01-16-2019 , 04:35 PM
Every year is Anna Kendrick's year, you know that.

“historically”, to quote lektoraj, there have never been special rules to prevent people from reminding other 2p2ers that there’s a miss OOT competition going on featuring women they might like.

But lektor has insane right-wing bias and wants to ruin the game so he made up a bunch of rules to put an end to the fake crisis that only exists inside his own head
