Ms. OOT 2017: Nomination Thread (NSFW)

Ms. OOT 2016 was the best of times,
it was the worst of times,
it was the age of wisdom,
it was the age of foolishness,
it was the epoch of belief,
it was the epoch of incredulity,
it was the season of Light,
it was the season of Darkness,
it was the spring of hope,
it was the winter of despair,
we had everything before us,
we had nothing before us,
we were all going direct to Heaven,
we were all going direct the other way,
in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good,
or for evil
Cliffs: Last year’s Ms OOT was everything good, and everything bad, in the superlative degree of comparison only. We crowned a stunning champion in Ana de Armas almost a year before her breakthrough performance (check out Blade Runner 2049 opening this weekend), we nominated a bunch of women ten years past their prime, we had a few contestants who would have performed well against any competition, we had a lot of contestants who generated little enthusiasm. Overall it was pretty lackluster.
With that in mind, we’re going to start things off early this year and have a longer nomination period in hopes of attracting some more inspiring contestants. LolOlds of OOT, it’s time to recognize some new talent.
The Basics: Contestants from last year are not eligible this year unless they have achieved extraordinary relevance over the past year. Here are last year's contestants; do not nominate them:

How to Nominate: Nominations should include pictures. The worst part of running this is having to try to dig up four good, recent pics of some of the nominees. That took forever last year. Nominations should also include the nominee’s name. If you just post a pic with no name, chances are nobody knows who you’re talking about. Also,
In past Ms. OOTs, voting rules required that participants be registered before October of this year, have at least 100 total posts, and at least 10 posts in OOT (OOTV doesn't count). Owing to attrition, the lack of new blood in OOT, and the poor quality of last year’s competition, we’re going to relax those rules a bit in order to encourage some better nominations and a more active contest. - Number of nominations and seconds, +1s etc.: Inclusion in the contest, as well as seeding, will be based to a large extent on the level of support in this thread. So if someone you like is already nominated, adding more pics, seconded, thirded, +1, etc will all help her case.
- Notability, Relevancy, Recency (no more women ten years past their prime!) and Level of Attractiveness as judged by me and members of my committee.

There's usually a bit of complaining about the pics that get selected for the OPs -- and the pics are important, after all -- so if you feel strongly about whoever you are nominating, post pictures that you'd want to see used along with your nomination. Less is more: only four pics are used in OPs, so if you want to post dozens of pics, do it separately from your nomination post. There's no guarantee that every pic will be to everyone's liking, but at least you get more of a say. In keeping with tradition, animated pictures won't be used in OPs, nor will pics that show nipples or buttholes or whatever.

Rementioning my motion to have the mandatory one-year hiatus lifted from Gal Gadot. Hottest woman of all time was robbed by OOT's poor taste last year (well, okay, Ana is fairly hot), plus she starred in one of the biggest movies of the year.
