Hello everyone!

In the beginning of April I am planing to move to Thailand. I am looking for somebody who would like to join me or maybe somebody who is already there and is looking for new flat mate . If somebody is in Thailand has some tips for me I would really appreciate it. If somebody is interesting to join me let me know

Or you could get really crazy and go to the Thailand thread instead of the Philippines one...

I am open to any propositions but I was thinking about Phuket or Krabi. I was supposed move to Malta alone but after my short holiday there I decided its not place for me. Thailand or Philiphinnes sounds better ;p

Of course not. Two very different countries. If anyone would like to brush up on their knowledge of Southeast Asia, this article is quite informative.

Good luck.

What are you going to do for money? Are you an online poker player? How old are you etc.

Phuket is clearly the place to be. Much of the joy of Bangkok without the headaches.

I go to the Thai forest in my mind every morning when I meditate. Ajahn Chah knows the way to go.

How would he make money otherwise? He already was asked and avoided the question, so now you have your answer as well.

Gonna be the boring one and recommend Chiang Mai.

I get melanoma after 15 minutes of sun exposure.

Why Chiang Mai? U are next person who is recommending me this city. What is so special about this place? I was sure I wanted move to south, living at the ocean. But now getting confused.

I was last there 6 years ago. So my information is out of date. But I found that it had the appeal of Bangkok without the chaos.

If you want beaches, south is fine. I'm not a beach goer though. So I was content with the north. It's all up to you to find a place that best suits you. Sex tourism isn't the top priority in Chiang Mai if that's what you're aiming for.

Walking Street in Pattaya might be what you’re looking for. Avoid Boyztown unless that’s your kind of thing.
