We're coming down the home stretch.
Weighed in today at 138, although it read 137 for a few seconds before settling, so I think I'm fairly close to half way between. I'm doing straight keto for this last week as it helps shed some water weight. I really want bread right now.
I thought I'd really embarrass myself by demonstrating what being 90-100 lbs overweight does when you're my height. As a reminder, this is me around 215, but I believe my peak weight was 220-230:
This is me today wearing the same tshirt:
So what did getting so overweight then losing it do to my old, old skin?
I think my stomach did fine - I'm relaxed in this photo, not trying to pull in my stomach:
My upper arms on the other hand, you can definitely see the effect. First photo is normal, second I'm pulling up the loose skin so you can see the difference:
I tried to do the same with my leg/thigh but it's hard to hold a cell phone and pin back loose skin while balancing on one leg. I don't think this really shows the amount of hang, which in my opinion is worse than my arms:
So there you go, kids. Don't get fat in the first place or suffer the consequences.
