So today is my 40th birthday. I'm feeling nostalgic or whatever, so here's a look at how far I've come.
This is me about 4.5 years ago:
I'm probably 215 in this photo, and my peak weight was likely 5-15 pounds heavier, as I shockingly didn't like having my photo taken much. I lost some weight before my Europe trip that year, getting down to 185 before gaining much of it back because lol fat and lazy.
Then 2.5 years ago or so:
A rare non-smiling photo for me, don't know what crawled up my ass that day, but I'm around 205 and was sick and tired of being fat and tired and always in so much pain.
Yesterday in NYC:
I will probably need to monitor my food intake and weight for my entire life, as I clearly have a propensity to overeat. But I'm proud to have finally taken some level of control over my weight, even if it took way too long for me to do it.
Oh, and I wear a dress like once every five years, so that's a very rare pic indeed.
