Good luck down the stretch RJ. I've been hanging out around 194-197. I did touch 200 again after spending about 11 hours at the bar watching football last Sunday, but was back down to 196 a couple days later.

I don't forsee any issues being 195 one month from today, but I'm gonna keep a close eye on things to make sure I don't have to do a 5 lb weight cut during the last week.

I've been living out of a suitcase the past few weeks, but I'm finally getting settled into my new place and can get back into a normal routine. It's time to get started with a little exercising. There's about a 4-5 mile bike loop through my neighborhood, so I'm going to start doing that in the mornings, then walking a couple miles each evening, now that the weather is cooling off.

I'll let you buy out right now for $200. Last chance!

RJ At the point that you are I'd probably switch to all veggies, no starchy ones, with berries for desert. Tough to do for a month though. GL!

Well, it doesn't have to be birthday cake. Any time is a good time for cake. And Halloween candy too!

After I weigh in that day, you're on.

I'm not a huge candy person. Sweets, yes, but not really candy so much.

This is not true. But the idea of a guy promising his grown son a huuuge Halloween cake in > 2 weeks is hilarious.

I'm pretty cheap, I think in the end my dislike of parting with money will override my nomzies. That was the entire reason for this.

What was your starting weight, and how much have you lost per month/ per week?

MLYLT,

SGT RJ has lost 19 pounds in three months.

That's a bit more than 6 pounds a month.

My official start of this contest was 159, I was probably 160 a day or two before that.

My weight loss hasn't been particularly consistent in terms of X per week, I tend to see no movement for some days then 2-4 lbs drop off "at once," although I know it really doesn't work like that. It's just water retention and the like.

At 138 I officially drop below a BMI of 25. Also, as far as I know, I never dropped lower than 141 (my current weight) while in the military, so I'm approaching weights I haven't seen since early college or high school at this point.

This is part of Larry's IQ test, no fair helping MLYLT with questions.

Lol.

Even if it's not pretty in terms of being pretty hungry, I know how to do this. I won't die. I won't even pass out.
