I don't want to get back into the weights again until I'm closer to that goal weight though. Got a bet to win after all!

Getting ready to go through a pretty major life changing situation, which is likely to increase the alcohol intake, but also, hopefully, give me more motivation to get back in the gym.

Howard/RJ,

I'll offer a buyout of 100 & 200 respectively Mini fat face-off: ec_outlaw vs. SGT RJ
Lol I'm on track to actually reach the goal right at four months. So I won't have to sweat making it two weeks early then maintaining. I'm fully confident I'll make 135 right on time.

Sure, but the only one that involves money right now is weight. Once that's done and out of the way, I won't focus on the number on the scale as much. It'll be all about whatever has me looking and feeling my best. That number is probably in the 195-205 range, depending on muscle mass added, but that's just a guess.

Dude, if you started hitting the weights, you would probably lose even more weight than if you didn't.

You guys are inspiring me. I've got a wedding six weeks from tomorrow. Going to see if I can drop some fat in that time. Current weight fluctuates between 227 - 231lbs. My aim for 6 weeks is to get down to 215lbs. Height is 6'2" for reference.

Anyone who knows me would know that the odds of my owning anything lacy are about zero.

I can offer you an array of old tshirts, though. The one I'm wearing now is almost 20 years old!

Lol.

It's a shirt from one of my college inter mural teams. We won the indoor soccer league. In 1997.

I scored the winning goal. Probably the pinnacle of my athletic career right there.

I wonder if inter mural is anything like intramural sports.

It is, just with more artistic expression and paint.

No change since Monday (153).

MLYLT may need your advice, tho.

He's going to race to the finish then have to hold there for more than two months.

That would be way more intimidating for me personally but there's no denying he's absolutely killing it.

Thing is, I'm not trying super hard. I'm just avoiding fast food, for the most part, and not sitting around killing bags of chips and cookies every night.

Yesterday, during the day, I had a banana, an apple, a fiber one brownie, some Special K sour cream & onion chips, and a serving of wheat thins. But for dinner, 4 thick slices of french toast, 3 scrambled eggs, and about 4 strips of bacon, all smothered in syrup.

Same thing today. Not much during the day, but tonight, there will be a big plate of some kind of bar food and probably 10-12 beers.

Maintaining won't be an issue once I get to 195. If I creep back up to 200, I can get back down in a week if needed.

Give MLYLT another week or so, and I'm sure her drama will somehow spill into this thread too.
