Firing at the cops in self defense doesn't sound like a viable long term strategy.

Being in a gang usually isn't either.

If I had to guess, one biker pulled out a gun (and maybe fired a shot.) This caused the dozen or so cops on the perimeter to shoot back. And now every biker with a gun (it sounds like there weren't many with guns) fired back at them in self-defense.
Lolled. Police probably acted fine, bikers gonna biker.

Would be a sick troll if all the dead were shot by police and they still charged a bunch of people with felony murder.

Will we ever find out how many dead weren't even armed?

I just heard that the only people who actually fired their weapons were the cops. There might have been one biker who shot once from inside the restaurant and then hid.

Not sure if this is true or not... but I suspect that it was the police who really instigated all the shooting. And I don't think that any of the bikers shot at the cops.

LOLOLOLOL at you.... do you know ANYTHING about either bikers or police?

Bikers and cops are way, WAY closer in personality and behavior than pretty much any other two groups you can name.

The only "turf war" here was the police chief getting his gonads in a knot over a bunch of bikers meeting on "his" territory.

If you believe anything close to the police "official" story, I'm sorry, but you are incredibly naive.

Biker files civil rights lawsuit

Claims (which should be obvious) that the Waco PD arrested every biker they could find without regard to probable cause. Seeks unspecified damages.

Most of them didn't borderline commit any offense.

The people arrested weren't even all 1%'ers. They pretty much just arrested anyone with a biker patch including guys that just did charity runs.

I don't know about that. Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, a biker that was killed that day was a grandfather to 19. He was a Vietnam vet, a purple heart recipient, and a law abiding citizen that didn't even carry a weapon.

What if this was a police inspired action to try and rid themselves of the biker problem?

Its alleged that several undercover officers were present, maybe one tried to instigate the fight and it got out of hand.

Its Waco after all, they've done it before with David Koresh.
It's not that wild of a conspiracy theory. It's par for the course in many police departments to not stop crimes because they don't want to put themselves in danger or in some cases because it will allow them to make an arrest.

People may lol at families being at restaurants like this but anyone who has ever been to one of these restaurants knows that there are families at restaurants like this. Many families. It's incredibly derelict of the police to not make a show of force to prevent the violence from taking place. I'd say you're insane if you think something like this would have gone down with 20+ police there.
