So two months later the old guy and the teenager finally parted ways. To be fair, I think only the first 5-6 weeks were spent wrapping up that story, followed by a few weeks of him going on walks with his dog and a more age-appropriate companion that Mary probably set him up with, judging from the smirk on her face as she watched them through her window.
