Yes, its criminal. I have representation. Hopefully gets dropped. Why the **** wouldn't it considering the circumstances? But, if I do have to go, no way in hell am I ever taking a deal. A jury and judge can here all about her from me and then decide.

I really don't want to do that, but I have a record and this carries time.

Bottom line, charge is false. So im trying to just go about and not worry.

Yea, impending court dates can be a stressful thing. But, if you're innocent, you've got very little to worry about.
