AFAIK, none of us are psychologists. However, the signs of antisocial personality disorder are present.

Um....antisocial personality disorder would not be the most likely diagnosis here based on what we've seen/been told.

LOL.

If we're talking personality disorder borderline seems more likely. The entire "I love you, I hate you" thing is textbook borderline.

For the record, I have no idea whether she has a mental disorder or not. Because her last three arrests are because of intoxication, I think I would try getting rid of the alcohol and see what was left, lol.

Someone find the post where she told us she was sober except for an absurd dose of Xanax every day.

You should actually read the thread instead of make dumb comments like this. Her problems are far more problematic than her arrests. Her incoming arrest about filing a fake police report might give you that hint, or maybe she will just blame that on being drunk, too.

I'm assuming you haven't read the thread, otherwise I can't believe anyone would actually pay you for any kind of professional advice if you actually had the facts everyone else here has.

And it's far more than wanting attention. It's the back and forth and willingness to ruin herself over trying to get revenge.

At least she can't get pregnant in prison. Women like this tend to pop out kids

Of course not.

1. I would not have ever sent pics of my (at the time) gf to another person.
2. Isn't posting something obscene an insta-ban?

I find it really hard to believe that the underwear covered ass pic would be sufficient for an arrest, especially given the charge of selling and "obscene".

LOL, I'm not quite sure why you have decided to attack me, particularly for a fairly benign post, but I'll address a few of your points (at least until it becomes boring).

First, no one pays me for anything, I made more money than I will ever need many, many years ago. I'm assuming, being the smart young man you are, that you have done the same thing.

As regards to my attempting to diagnose somebody from their internet postings, that would be problematic at best. Why, from your attitude toward me, I might diagnose you as having an extremely skewed sense of reality and we certainly don't want to go there, do we?

Next, I have certainly read the thread (from the very beginning!), that still does not mean that I would hazard a clinical diagnosis towards anyone, sorry.

Lastly, my advice would not change toward her need to stop drinking, at least for awhile. I have seen many people begin to assess their more complex problems when they tried living a sober life. It doesn't work every time, but it is a good way to begin. I'm sorry if you disagree, but I will not be changing my mind.

I do believe she has BPD. I have discussed that last year on this board, and with our resident Pdoc Sgt. RJ. And her sister told me she had it.

I also brought up that maybe she try dialectal behavioral therapy once. To my surprise, she told me that she already did and she hated it.

I was very curious and asked what it was like and why she hated it. She told me that is was stupid.

____________ happened today and it made me feel ________. Then she would write about her emotions during specific events/encounters/activities.

Jmakin said PDs have no cure. I believe this to be true as well. But, i don't think its untreatable. If she can minimize symptoms, she (or anyone for that matter) can probably live a normal life. She was driven by impulse, like a child. But at the center of this, I believe is an identity crisis. How many times did she talk about graduating PM and making tons of money in a big city like NY while I would just be a loser? She was always changing what she liked and what she thought.

From what I have read, she is Brandi Hawbaker (without any poker knowledge) and I hope that she can get help and it doesn't end the same. Both have major issues with stealing. I am not sure if it is entitlement or what. Now, I don't ever want to speak with her again, but if I hear a few years from now that she is doing well it will put a smile on my face. If I hear otherwise, it'll be a sad day

I also want to say to oot, that I am not nearly as crazy or mean as I may have seemed in these threads involving she and I. That women brought out the worst in me at times. I'm pretty calm and collected, but somehow she could really push my buttons like no one else. But that is just my opinion and you all can decide.

I also agree with tylertwo that the chemicals need to go first. Then you can really see what you are working with.

But, I think the way she feels is the driving force to chemicals. Even in jail, she was hounding the doc for tramadol, trazadone, etc. Whatever she could get.

Well, its cuz she lied to the magistrate and made a affidavit. Apparently, you can do that and get anyone you want arrested in VA. You might get in a lot of trouble when it comes out in court, but you can do it.

Courts/Police are much more sensitive to domestic issues now. Especially if both parties are already in the system. Not surprising that there would be some action taken on such a charge.

I do hope she gets her life together, just as I would for any poster.

I'm a psychiatrist, though apparently there's some ethical code that keeps me from diagnosing anyone that's not an actual patient of mine. That said, WVU says that she was already diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, so if he's being honest then we have one professional's opinion already.

I thought you were a teacher?

Diagnosing people online can be difficult and misleading for various reasons (missing a lot of history, not getting any of the body language, many/most have some online persona that isn't the same as irl, etc). Still, you could put together a formulation of her that you think is most likely even if you have to make some assumptions in the process. It can be fun to do sometimes.
