He's going after her father, based on information he got from from her! If he's not expecting people to believe her when she's telling stories about him, why put things in print that she said about others? What purpose would this letter serve? These are lawyer issues for a reason.

No the letter is definitely stupid (the threats are going be hilarious to anyone over 40, even more hilarious to anyone with an education), but not sue worthy unless he posts it publicly, say for example on a message board the trouble making daughter reads. Then you have a baseless, but still actionable, defamation charge.

You don't understand. My lawyers do what I tell them to do. I don't care about winning a lawsuit, I would tell them to put the person through grief for the next ten years. This bit of trouble today would look like nothing if I received a letter like that.

As far as I am concerned, i'm gonna let by this all go. And its all over with. I won't talk about her again.
