I don't think this is over...They dragged her in from jail in a jumpsuit and I overheard the prosecutor saying "I'm representing you now, but you know im going to be prosecuting you later this month." She started to say something and he said, "Hold up! You have an attorney for that matter. Don't talk to me about it. Then I heard her say something about "all of her evidence being at home, well, I dunno what the **** she is talking about. I quoted what her complaint said itt, but she seemed pissed that this was getting dropped. All the evidence is stacked against her. But, then again, she is delusional. I never fully understood personality disorders, until now. I mean this feels like some Fatal Attraction ****.

I think she is dead set on getting revenge at me somehow for ignoring her and breaking it off. I won't be surprised if she puts out another warrant on me. What I overheard sounds like she wants to. I just hope she remains where she should be, jail, for a long time.

So yea, I can sue her, but i'd never see any money. She is in debt over 10k because of stealing, it might even be up to 20k now. But she can still go to the magistrate and say anything she wants and get someone arrested on a misdemeanor. Felonies need to be investigated (i've been on that end too and after a month long investigation was never charged, but that is another story)

I am worried that i'll be minding my own business, get pulled over cuz I have a tail light out and then be cuffed because someone named Anna Michele Albecker signed a sworn statement to a magistrate and the system, being based on people telling the truth, will arrests me.

I'm going to talk to my attorney again and ask him. "What is the point of suing someone who can't pay?" Answer: "There really isn't one."

OK well, so if the only thing I can do is sue her, and she can keep getting me arrested on a lie? What options do I have? Seriously, how ****ed up is that system? Maybe i'll go to the magistrate and have them run a check on her, because i'm no the first person she filed a charge on. She filed a sex assault charge on someone who was completely innocent in order to defend a lie on me/see how much I cared for her. Of course she missed that court date on purpose, only reason she was here was cuz the jail brought her.

I'm glad everything went well, at least for today. I would probably try to get a restraining order on her. Even if you can't get it, you will put the authorities on notice. GL

I would get denied most likely. I would have to show that I was in danger somehow. And "she keeps trying to get me arrested on a lie, would most likely be answered with well that's up for a judge and jury to decide."

My last roommate was getting stalked by her ex, like he would send her love poems, flowers, show up randomly wanting to talk, etc. He was just weird. She went to get a restraining order and it was denied cuz the state didn't believe she was in enough danger.

Thanks me too. Except the kids, if we did have kids, or well let's face it, if she ever has kids, they are going to be taken from her. The father, the state, either way any human that pops out from her is gonna be taken.

I think what I am going to do is go down to the Magistrate's office and show him the ajudication from this false charge, then have him use his computer to look up the time she swore a statement last year of a sex assault that never happened and tell the magistrate that if this women comes in again with a complaint like this, use your judgement.

I mean can any idiot be a magistrate? I would think not, although many magistrates i've come across are in their 20's. But pointing out that this women has a history of lying, theft, cheating, and all around dishonesty, I would hope that they would use better caution before issuing a warrant.

Then again, the system is based on citizens being honest. And obviously that isn't always the case. System isn't perfect, but its still prob the best in the world.

The system doesn't always seem to recognize things like having to defend yourself, detention, pending trial, or seizure of property as more than minor inconveniences.

Good to hear charges are dropped. I'd be a little worried that she might send a couple crazy crackheads after me with baseball bats, but not too much. Hopefully she learns her lesson and gets some real help.
