Can someone recap for me part three of The Kitchen Nightmares episode? It won't play in Youtube. It's one of my favorite shows and I can't believe I haven't seen this episode.
And LOL at El D's comment that it isn't real. He must be trolling/leveling yet again.
Some of the scenarios are perhaps a bit forced and I think he hams it up a bit when he eats stuff, but my dad used to revamp failing restaurants and I can guarantee you some of them really are that bad.
§ 18.2-374. Production, publication, sale, possession, etc., of obscene items.
It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to:
(1) Prepare any obscene item for the purposes of sale or distribution; or
(2) Print, copy, manufacture, produce, or reproduce any obscene item for purposes of sale or distribution; or
(3) Publish, sell, rent, lend, transport in intrastate commerce, or distribute or exhibit any obscene item, or offer to do any of these things; or
(4) Have in his possession with intent to sell, rent, lend, transport, or distribute any obscene item. Possession in public or in a public place of any obscene item as defined in this article shall be deemed prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
For the purposes of this section, "distribute" shall mean delivery in person, by mail, messenger or by any other means by which obscene items as defined in this article may pass from one person, firm or corporation to another.

Have you even spoken to your lawyer yet? Do that first. Looks to me like #3 may not require a sale or attempted sale at all. All of this is over that butt pic with high panties on? Not sure that's obscene even to the church lady, you know? Anyway, rely on your lawyer not me, I can't give you legal advice, and don't talk about your case on here though it may be fun, just wanted to make that point about this law.

I'll give a synopsis but there's no way to do it justice. You really have to find it and watch it. It was more of the same, basically. The owners had a sit down with Gordon to discuss the action to date. Gordon tried to give it to them straight and the chick argued every point while cuckolded hubby rode the fence until Gordon finally quit on the restaurant and walked.
FYI kitchen nightmares (and most other shows like that) is largely scripted/staged/fake.
The BBC version of this show "Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares" is 100x better than the FOX version. It's much less like a stupid reality show and actually shows him working with people to better their restaurants. I highly recommend it for fans of that show.
That's pretty awesome that Ramsay walked out on them. I like some shows like that, Hotel Impossible, but it pisses me off that they always try to put a happy ending on everything.

Have never watched a kitchen show but decided to watch that due to the amount its been talked about ITT, did not disappoint.
I couldn't believe the place seemed to be fairly crowded. It's a miracle they had any business, or staff, at all based on what they showed. Gives the impression that the restaurant industry is cake, at least in Scottsdale, AZ.
I like this show as well. Interesting pattern that you can apply to any business or organization. Usually, it's like this someone started the restaurant out of passion for food, then lost that passsion. Quality of the product sufferred, everyone unhappy. Gordon comes in and finds out what the mental issue is with the owner or chef , and it's always a mental issue, doesn't have to do with how much salt she's using, then Gordon has a cry with (I think he may be gay not that it matters at all to me, God's speed), then Gordon has a cry with the owner, reveamps the decor, and they reopen to much rejoicing. Anyways I like the psychological aspects of flailing at work, interesting stuff.
All of this thread is going to be evidence in the criminal case. You ought review with your lawyer, and consider whether you should be saying anything herein and if so what. (Also, I am a lawyer but not your lawyer, you should stick to your lawyer when it comes to legal advice.)
Anyways, I've followed this thread and I think an interesting item morally, as I say the legal ramifications of this is for others to divine, is who specifically, revealed the real names of you two, Amichle and WVu. That's where fun and games turned to tears and angst, in my opinion.
The life lesson here, is that the internet provides this cloak of anonymity which is ephemeral, and so, persons ought not post anything anywhere unless they're comfortable saying the same in public. This is just the way to go about the internets. If it's not something you're happy to have known, then don't say it online.
Good luck to all involved, as others have said you do have youth on your side and neither of you is unintelligent, so stfu, suck it up, and move on imo.

Op's screen name matches a YouTube account that contains her name in the credits of at least one video. Iirc she outted the guys name.
She outed his name, and her using literally the same SN for every website she's ever been on, including twitter and FB (her FB STILL isn't private!) exposed her real name.
The court ordered her to pay $36,294.95 in restitution. Ms. Bossingham plead guilty to submitting an application for a line of credit with M & I Bank using the social security number of another person. The Bank approved the line of credit in the amount of $15,000.
