Honestly, im pretty pissed at VA laws where someone can just go to the magistrate say anything they want and have someone picked up on a warrant.

However, if she accused me of some felony charge, all felonies need to be investigated, grand jury, true bill etc. But not so for misdemeanors. Someone says something and swears to the magistrate then, boom. Warrant issued and court case.

Pretty sure in Alabama it works this way for felonies, too. Weird.

Sorry to hear about the unpleasantness, WVU. I'll always think of you as the guy on here who also watched the Hobbit cartoon a million times as a kid, and then one day started wondering if he should really get involved with this possibly crazy girl he'd started seeing. With the benefit of hindsight, perhaps "I say go for it." was not the best advice.

meh....She is a fragile pretty girl. No judge would ever send her to prison. Yet...(no violent crimes)

A "lock up" episode of jail would be boring. Its just a bunch of people sleeping as much as possible til they get out and occasional game of chess.

On another note, I think it would be awesome to be a producer of that show. You are calling the shots while filming people who are so interesting and willing to talk.

Yea I can see that it looks suspicious because I just registered, but I am legitimately interested in a staking deal.
