21-23 would be perfect but 19 is still ok. I generally set the cut off the drinking age but since she is from Europe you can do to 19. Call her and invite her to come SF.

This is like when you talk to a guy who has a serious drinking problem but doesnt realize it. You find out he has like a broken ankle that he got while drinking. Are you going to SF this tuesday or the following tuesday? If it's this tuesday you have very little shot at getting her to go with you. If it's next tuesday you gotta go out with her tomorrow night, then prob at least once more then invite her for sure.

You can definitely pull off ~30. She's 19, she's definitely not good at telling ages of people >25. Use that to your advantage.
