I happened by this show last night and man! What a strange culture. They were talking about "travelers" marrying non-travelers and the impact it had on their children. One guy's wife had divorced him and he was bemoaning the fact that, since his children were in her custody, they would not grow up with "traveler pride" or some such ****. He was currently living in his brother's back yard and cooking his food over an open fire, while declaring life with his wife in their "house" as a life lived in a "rabbit hutch." (The mirror he was using to shave was a truck rear view mirror.)

It was weird seeing and hearing from a person who openly aspires to nothing beyond a life of squalor.
