Some lechon kawali (fried pork belly) to celebrate June's top-tierness.

Whenever my dog looks at you it pulls the corners of his face up into a smile.

Love you!

Have a car wash near me with a sign that says "free vacuums"

My interpretation was that if you buy a car wash you can use the vacuums for free

Buddy says that anyone can stroll up and use the vacuums for free without purchase

Thoughts?

Chop,

You are correct, the picture of one thing is not a different thing!

I remember being about 13 years old and having a conversation with my mom, you know, typical stuff like, "Money doesn't grow on trees, you'll do blah blah because we put a roof over your head, food on your table, etc. What do you think water comes free?" And I cock my head and say something about water being free -- it's everywhere!

One of many rude awakenings in my life that water isn't ****ing free.

As for air:

Also, I hear that with the continued success of the Star Wars franchise, Mel Brooks is in talks to make Spaceballs 2: The Search for More Money. Fingers crossed.

It's a beautiful summer day outside. Take a deep breath in and appreciate how good it feels to be alive!

Love you!

Isn't it amazing how this website has people from all around the world? A stranger is just a friend we haven't met yet.

Love you!

This is interesting. I have used free air at a gas station without buying anything, but using vacuums without a purchase seems on the other side of the line for some reason.

Isn't it the exact same product in reverse?

It is if you can wait until it rains.

In some places, like Hawaii, where many houses are off the grid, they use cisterns that catch rainwater for their household use.

If anything, the compressors that power the "free air" are more expensive than the vacuums.

OOT collective,

Any thoughts on a good everyday cologne? Looking for a pleasant, non-offensive, almost non-noticeable cologne that I would wear at work (where I teach undergraduate students that I am not looking to seduce).

Currently have Acqua di Gio and am fine with it.

Go.
06-02-2017 , 02:27 PM
I've never worn cologne. True fact.

Here for the June birthdays.

We have several of those near me and I have no issue using them without getting a car wash. I often get my car washed there without using the vacuums though, so I figure we're about even.

What I do have a problem with is the big ass sign saying "$3 car wash". You pull up to pay and the $3 option is rinse only. Wtf? How do you advertise a $3 car wash and not offer a $3 car wash?
