Have a car wash near me with a sign that says "free vacuums"

My interpretation was that if you buy a car wash you can use the vacuums for free

Buddy says that anyone can stroll up and use the vacuums for free without purchase

Thoughts?

Just use the ****in vacuum. It would not be free if you had to purchase a car wash.

It smacks of good modding. Those thread are always a few "oh no not this again" posts, followed by a few "I do not like terrorism" posts, followed by a debate about why all Muslims haven't been killed yet. Not a lot of value there.

live in the US and A #1 but have $27 in chips to Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia. If I could get any kind of dollars or meet in the middle with somebody on an exchange that would be great. Shipping costs could get high I imagine if shipping to Australia. Thoughts on easiest way for me to convert said chips to USD with maximizing profits in mind?
