Speaking of twists.

Shuffle,

Too much of a good thing is bad.

Well I did rather enjoy that one! I don't normally like the genre.

I suppose it would have been nice to not know Verbal would be Keyser Soze by virtue of being Kevin Spacey lol.

I like when they're playing five-card draw in Maverick, and a railbird sweating the final hand mumbles to another one that "Angel has a small straight flush" as if that's a marginal hand.

That doesn't even mention the part where Maverick asks for a draw but demands that they change decks mid-hand before the draw.

Inside Man has something of a twist ending.

Sunshine (2007) fits and is infinitely re-watchable.

The Little Girl Who Lives Down The Lane seems relevant to this thread on many levels

I remember reading an article a couple years ago with an actor in Inglorious Basterds (one of the kids from Freaks and Geeks maybe?) and he related a story about being on the set with Brad Pitt. They were doing some sort of weapons training, and so the instructor brought out this box. Presumably it had weapons and stuff, and Brad Pitt just blithely asks, "What's in the box?"

But...how many of you actually REPORTED the post?

The onus falls on all of us.

That's true. If we don't report it, Josie will never mop it up.

I don't remember which LC chat thread I posted in about my scorpion exploits. Here's my latest victim, found him (??) in my tub this morning.

I'll probably find 5 tomorrow after saying this, but I'm yet to find a scorpion in the 9 years I lived in AZ. Around my house anyway. We've found plenty doing night hikes in the White Tanks.

How absolutely ghastly.

I often think about Josie. I know her office is looking for new hires.
