Help me find/name this hiphop track - Other Topics Forum - Discuss Pop Culture, Arts and Entertainment

This one is driving me crazy as I don’t know the lyrics. So here’s what I know about it:

90% sure its 2pac or from a movie he was in. I was certain it was from Above The Rim but having listened to the sounds track I’m pretty sure it isn’t.

All I can remember of the song is that it has a catchy ghetto style strings hook in harmony with an Rnb style girl singing Oooohh oh ohoh, oooOOoohh. Repeat.

I know it’s a vague description but if it’s obvious to anyone what it is please end my torture

I'd be far too embarrassed to ever start one of these threads myself, but there was a song around 1997 that was in heavy rotation on the alt rock stations for a few months. It was by a bassist and had a very hard rock feel but was notable for not having a lead or rhythm guitar track. Been bugging me for years. Anybody?
