I did. I was told it would feel like my brain was being sucked out through my spine, but I can't really say it was like that.
Dude is actually putting a needle in between 2 vertabrae while you lean forward though, so I will admit to being a tad concerned with error. They have to go in a certain distance too, where it 'pops' through a membrane, but too far is very bad. They're basically injecting straight into the fluid in the spinal column. Pretty creepy iyam.
Relief is immediate and long-lasting however. I had blown out a disk and had massive sciatic nerve swelling fwiw.
