Recently a VIP host from https://nj.playupusa.com offered me a $5,000 free bet for every $20,000 I wagered, After wagering almost $180,000 and losing ~$17,000 of my own money he pulled the rug out from under me and told me there would be no bonus. I have him dead to rights on voice recordings making these offers to me so it should be an open shut case, BUT... the issue is I literally cannot get in touch with the New Jersey DGE. I call I get a machine they don't ever call back. I email they don't reply. I try to fill out their complaint form and it won't actually show up on any browsers. Anyway, I'm very alarmed to find that the NJ DGE doesn't appear to exist in any meaningful way and don't know where to turn now. What should I do next guys? Are there better forums I could take this to? Would spreading awareness possibly help? I'll do whatever it takes.

Ideally I would like to avoid paying a lawyer a huge chunk of whatever I can get back. There's no guarantee I would even win anything on the free bets.

I'm in PA and have never directly interacted with NJ gaming but from what I understand they are the most player-friendly in the US and it's not close. For example, Fanduel and others have been known to void clear errors in some states but pay out the same bet in NJ because they know the gaming board won't side with them in a dispute.

Are you able to click the submit by email button at bottom? It doesn't do anything for me and I don't know what email to use now or what subject I should put for it to look normal to them.

No, you may need to download and print that form (you could probably fill it out online first, so that it's legible)

even if you give you the free bets they'll probably limit you to dirt so you won't be able to get anywhere near fair value for them
