He is pretty big. If I'm not mistaken he was ranked 6th this year although I don't remember 6th what. He did all the music for the VMAs and has been on I think it was Gossip Girl. He has over a million followers on Facebook and is included in some DJ video game.

Oh well, some talking points for this thread.

1.) So, I moved back to Europe and there's effing good X. They've had a year or two of really bad **** just as in the US. But now... I just say diamonds.

2.) Been to Germany and Switzerland so far and I still hear too much Tech House and Minimal. Boring!

3.) Traktor is coming on strong. The pros still use TTs and CDJs a lot but more and more only as Timecode/HID/MIDI devices.

4.) Nothing really new, but I'm still amazed by all the social networking ****. gazillions of my friends are on Soundcloud, everybody has followers from vatican city, the south pole, the outer rim territories and what not
