Thanks for this, I've been watching CNN live streams for days. This is way better.

LOL at some random woman just shouting at him for driving around and him saying she was a druggy freak.

@ biggerboat: Sorry if it's been mentioned in the thread but why didn't you leave/evacuate?

Local weatherman is saying it has been maintaining an almost due north path at 12 mph long enough that it "should" keep going north. That will keep it on land from now on and go further east of st. Pete. He still thinks it will be a 2 when it gets here. He is still thinking we will have the highest winds we have ever seen here.

His eye wall encounter in Rockport was must see stuff. You can find his recording of it in his periscope channel. He's the one that filmed the famous blue shed.

Still moving at 350 degrees. Looks to me like if it continues at 350 the eye will be east of St. Pete and very close to going right over Tampa or maybe a little east of Tampa.

It's a live stream from a phone in the eye of a hurricane.. What where you expecting?

Hes recording the storm on 4k equipment as well but obviously isn't streaming that live. That's how he makes his money.

Yeah it did get really bad before he went offline.lts normally grainy but not as bad as it was at the end.

Here's an alternate live stream. Not sure where they are located. Sorry about Facebook links.. I hate it myself.

Several sources confirming wind of 131 in Naples at landfall. That would mean it was a cat4 at landfall. Curious if they will change it from cat 3

It needs to be sustained winds, doesn't it? I have no idea how that is defined.

I can't really get any more good pics from the balcony anymore. The rain is blowing straight into the windows now. This is as good as it gets. Water still receding. Waves getting higher.

Winds guts just measured at 142 mph at Naples airport. (I assume gusts but it's not clear. edit - was gusts.)

NWS still predicting gusts over 140 mph for Tampa Bay.
