The impossible dream. Will be harder than you think.
Recently, within the past week, I finally found a video I had been searching for since August of 2000. That's almost twenty years. This video was from a relatively major sporting event, and it defied belief that the sequence could not be found. It was as if every other possible year could be found. But I found it, and now I can set my sights elsewhere. Additionally, within the last eighteen months I finally found a video of the final round of the 1979 Masters, thanks to Augusta National putting up the final round of every Masters on YouTube. I had wanted to see video of Ed Sneed's missed puts on the last few holes, and had only found a few articles and a photo or two of just his last missed put on the 18th hole. This, after over a decade of occasional futile rabbit hole searches.
This leads me to today's post. Don't worry, this is a general interest post, and not a sports thread. First, a little backstory. This current goose chase is roughly four years old, which is child's play in relation to my two experiences listed above, so please understand that of course, I am perfectly willing to go decades in my pursuit. I ask for some understanding.
And now a little more backstory before I ask for this favor. And this might be a good idea for a continuous thread, as I am sure many here have current unfinished "projects" like me. My current goose chase started in 2016 when I saw a prison picture of Phil Spector, the legendary music producer responsible for the equally legendary "Wall of Sound". As one often does, I found myself quickly Googling and Youtubing information on Phil Spector, though I had known about his imprisonment for killing a woman in Los Angeles years earlier. I quickly buried myself gouging on YouTube snippets of Phil Spector, as well as a documentary on his killing of Hollywood M.A.W. Lana Clarkson (M.A.W. in Tinseltown stands for Model...Actress...Whatever).
A few of the short clips really stood out, captured my imagination, and I immediately wanted more. They were from the documentary titled The Agony and the Ecstasy of Phil Spector. Figuring I was about to enjoy an hour or two of a brilliant documentary, excitement brewed from within, and I quickly typed in The Agony and the Ecstasy of Phil Spector...and there it was, a beautiful ninety or so minute documentary, ready to be enjoyed. So I caught my breath, got comfortable in my seat, and hit the Play button. And the video started to roll...but there was no volume. No big deal, I must have hit the mute button by accident.
Soon after, a bit of unease set in. I checked the comment section, and to my slight horror, it was filled with comments about the audio not working. Shortly after that a note about the video cleared up the situation...it had been flagged for a copyright violation, mainly due to the numerous songs that played throughout the documentary. It was disappointing and a bit odd, but little did I know that I would have at a minimum, a four year project on my hands.. When I say four year project, it likely has only involved five or so hours of total searching, but yesterday, after searching in vain again, I realized that my efforts would likely remain unsuccessful. Today, I decided to ask for help. A few notes....first, the full length documentary without audio is no longer on YouTube, and second, I believe the documentary originally aired on the BBC, roughly ten years ago.

Thanks. I have no comment on this particular problem.
I'm a bit surprised the sn Impossible was available in May 2020.
It’s improbable.
4 years? It took me about 15 seconds to find a torrent of this doc. So no, it wasn't harder than I thought.
sup bro
Took just typing in Phil spector into YouTube
Lots of vids on this
That's not the right video. Maybe the OP was not detailed enough.
Grunching on title alone: If a dream is impossible, how can it be harder than I think? What's harder than impossible?
Post grunch edit: SageDonkey, is that your? Holy W.O.T, dude! (W.O.T. in Twoplustwotown stands for Wall Of Text)
Sorry, I'm not familiar with the movie you're looking for, but good luck.

Produce the evidence. I'm not talking about a link that has you sign up for an an extremely dangerous site because they say they have it, and I'm not talking about a site where there is almost a one hundred person chance that your device gets infected with a Trojan or malware (if you truly found it on a safe site, why didn't you share the info so that I could decide). Seems borderline psychopathic. Either that, or you aren't bright enough to have figured out that helping others solve problems is an enjoyable way to spend your time. Here, you refused to type a few words that would supposedly solve my problem. What's your excuse for that? I mean, lol on your life.
Produce the documentary The Agony and Ecstasy of Phil Spector in a manner in which a reasonable person would watch for free, or even in a manner where a reasonable person would pay twenty dollars. It is not enough to just casually state that you found it. The thread is proving my point. The wrong video has been posted, and zero evidence has been produced that would suggest that the average person could ever watch this video without mountains of hoop jumping, effort, or risk. Where can it be found?
Whoa, slow down there champ. Take a deep breath. I understand you have 4 years of pent up frustration over finding this film, but I'm not your enemy here.
I've been posting here long enough to know that the moderators do not approve of posting links to illegal downloads, so I won't be doing that. If you want more info pm me.
I'm currently downloading the correct documentary in question, but it's still only 49% done at the moment, as there seems to be only 1 seeder with a slow upload speed.

Now we're talking. And I appreciate it. My PM's aren't available yet, but will be eventually, so all is well, and the finish line may be near....maybe.
And if what you say is true, then it further goes to the point of my thread. It is odd that such a tremendously reviewed documentary is not available anywhere in streaming fashion, nor is it available by DVD, even from the director/producer of the documentary. And if you in fact have found it, it is only found once, in downloadable form, from a site that cannot even be openly mentioned, and the download appears to take hours.
I will offer anyone here 50 dollars if they can find a streaming version of this by June 1st 2020. First person to do it gets the 50. Alternatively, if you can find a way to purchase the DVD, or to legally view it online by way of purchase (streaming, not download) I will give the person the difference...i.e. if I can purchase it for 20 dollars, you would get 30 dollars.
Will likely be forced to download if in fact Krunic has found it, and it is reasonably safe. But I will keep the offer open anyways, and will be happy to have someone find it, as well as be satisfied if it cannot be found. There aren't many documentaries/movies/videos out there that cannot be purchased legally, or viewed online in a reasonable manner. This one takes the cake.

And if what you say is true, then it further goes to the point of my thread. It is odd that such a tremendously reviewed documentary is not available anywhere in streaming fashion, nor is it available by DVD, even from the director/producer of the documentary. And if you in fact have found it, it is only found once, in downloadable form, from a site that cannot even be openly mentioned, and the download appears to take hours.

The wrong video has been posted, and zero evidence has been produced that would suggest that the average person could ever watch this video without mountains of hoop jumping, effort, or risk. Where can it be found?
And if what you say is true, then it further goes to the point of my thread. It is odd that such a tremendously reviewed documentary is not available anywhere in streaming fashion, nor is it available by DVD, even from the director/producer of the documentary. And if you in fact have found it, it is only found once, in downloadable form, from a site that cannot even be openly mentioned, and the download appears to take hours.

And if what you say is true, then it further goes to the point of my thread. It is odd that such a tremendously reviewed documentary is not available anywhere in streaming fashion, nor is it available by DVD, even from the director/producer of the documentary. And if you in fact have found it, it is only found once, in downloadable form, from a site that cannot even be openly mentioned, and the download appears to take hours.

What was the recently found sporting event after 20 year search?
It was a horse race that runs every year at a major racetrack. I was 5 for 5 heading into the last race of a pick6. My horse ran second, and it cost me mid 5 figures of likely gain. The horse that won was the second favorite, and the pick6 with that horse paid over 90K. My horse blew a huge lead. I made a lengthier post in the comment section, with a fake name, of course, so you can watch my bad beat if you wish. That years race was not available anywhere...it was unreal.

Three weeks later the two horses squared off again, with my horse once again opening up a big lead, but this time winning easily, so it was a total nightmare. Here is the second race. This is what I needed to happen three weeks earlier.
