This was one of my responses.

I knew once I started getting decent a mixing records I started to get bored with it. Since there's isn't much more you can do then tweak a few nobs. I would think adding your own samples and loops onto tracks would be more fun and creative then just mixing 2 records like they did back in the 70's disco era..

Seems like another fun aspect of woman/motherhood that I'm so glad I don't have to experience. Even 6 years after giving birth to our youngest, my wife still can't enjoy a hearty laugh without getting nervous that she'll spring a leak.
