Actually, the cringey part is the fact they are using their real names and pictures while doing it, not just anonymous internet trolling.

The press 1 for English thing seems like it might be going a little far.

But in general depending on the work environment, finding out if someone is closet racist could save a lot of hassle. I work with about 70% Indians. I've known plenty of seemingly normal computer programmers who will make disparaging remarks about curry-breath, and much worse (usually when they think they're anonymous on the internet). I absolutely would not want one of those people working in our environment because they would ruin the chemistry. Not to mention they probably wouldn't last long anyway.

I cant stand over protective mothers/parent's. I'm starting to break my wife of this with my stepson. IMO if a kid get a scrape, cut, broken limb all it means is they're being a kid and having fun. It's part of growing up. This doesn't mean I want him to get hurt but as long as it's not life threatening he will be fine and have some cool story to tell when he gets older.

A company could find something disparaging on basically any facebook page within about 30 seconds. At the end of the day they still need to hire people to do work. I wouldn't worry about this too much.

I knew once I started getting decent a mixing records I started to get bored with it. Since there's isn't much more you can do then tweak a few nobs. I would think adding your own samples and loops onto tracks would be more fun and creative then just mixing 2 records like they did back in the 70's disco era.

Now mind you she should be trying to get the best performers out that will bring people to their event. She posts these kinds of posts daily. Talking **** on Dubstep and DJ's that use more then 2 turntables and 2 records. I try to remind her that ravers are supposed to be open minded and techno music in general are supposed to evolve with the technology hence the name techno. Then they wonder why their scene has dies so drastically in the last 10yrs and this is one of the reasons I stopped going out years ago.
