Problems?
1. The article is 3 years old.
2. The article isn't even true now, much less 3 years ago. It's a list of things that will become obsolete in the near future, not a list of things that have already become obsolete. E.g., landlines. Their proof of landlines being obsolete is that 20% of households no longer have them. It's pretty clear that they are becoming obsolete, but they aren't obsolete yet. And lol at paper being obsolete. The "paperless office" is far from paperless.
