Pretty sure this is too stupid to be political. I'm too lazy to post the string and edit, but this guy posted something about how Aurora would not have happened if he was within 100 yards, then someone pointed out that the shooter had full body armor. Guy posts this:

Eh. I think it's pretty ludicrous, macho, and an inflation of ego to think that you and your hand gun could have significantly stopped the carnage from the guy with the shotgun and the semiautomatic rifle.

Whoever stole my neighbor's and my David Schapira campaign sign from my yard is very fortunate to have not had me catch them. Beyond upset, as for the past three weeks someone had been putting it face down on the yard. Can't wait to go knocking on doors this weenend.

i think everyone knows that you would have to be in the right position to have a chance to take him down, but was mostly replying to the bad point about "body armor" like that would make it impossible. ffs it was just a tactical vest.
