I will title the below post, "At least we'll always have Big Bird."
Steve...you will ALWAYS be Kermit. Nobody will ever usurp you!!! The whole world is behind you....I refuse to believe in the new fake frog! Maybe you should take the real Kermit home with you...say some last fond farewells...then take him to the Vet and you-know-what.....it will be a peCeful and dignified passing...you could have a huge star studded funeral for him...his hearse pulled by other minor frogs....miss Piggy in black lace..I know its heartrending but this way your adoring public will know that he has passed on and therefore nobody will ever believe in the imposter....keep us posted...
PeCeful.

Think I finally have something worthy to contribute...from LinkedIn-
Morning commute traffic ceased up in front me causing everyone to stop but 3 car links rule kept me from hitting the folks in front of me. Cars went sideways or off the road. I had no where to go and neither did the college age man that rear ended me. We made our way off the road & after calming down my near hysterical 10 yr old and ensuring she was okay. I paused. I looked at the very upset young male hitting his steering wheel. Watched him visibly angry dialing his phone. I watched him get out of his car and look at the damage to his vehicle. I took a deep breath and got out. Without looking at my or his cars I walked up and I hugged him and said "This will all be okay." At first he tensed up and tried to step back. I didn't let go. We stood for a solid minute in a full on hug. I stepped back, he had tears in his eyes and said "Thank you so much" I put my hands on his shoulders and said "Winner, Winner, Chicken dinner we are in this together." We went about the business of documenting and chatting. The cop showed up and did the paperwork. Before I left the officer pulled me aside :"The young man told me how you handled this situation, I want to thank you. No one handles things like you did today." I choose to lead with a pause that allows my heart to take the lead.
She's no genius, but I saw the same report and she's (almost) right. They listed the biggest 200 US cities by average time between insurance claims, and Glendale came in at 195. It's actually titled America's Best Drivers, not worst.
