Suzzer, like usual, you are wrong. Just because a conservative mentions race or a minority doesn't mean he's racist.
I believe he's (correctly) pointing out that the media tends to give more airtime to issues that create a racial divide than issues that don't. Hints why we hear more about white police officers killing black civilians more than all other combos of the races of police/civilian killings combined.
The media is financially incentivized to say whatever will get them the most viewers so we see the media that likes to blow up every story they have. Often trying to scare people of things they shouldn't be scared of is a good tactic to get people to keep tuning in (i.e.: the zika virus, Ebola, he'll watch msnbc - thy predict there is going to be a stock market crash every 36 hours).
