I don't use Facebook much, but wechat is similar and gives similar gems. One girl in particular always posts in English, but her Chinglish is the most indecipherable I've ever seen. She always attaches photos that often have nothing at all to do with what she wrote.

Even after the comment asking for clarification I've no idea what she means.

This article generates some gold. The claim is putting ice on the back of your neck has all kinds of magical effects, from relieving headaches to curing disease. With a claim that dumb the believers are guaranteed to be extremely...special.
