I really think the baby hater rage is weird. I don't like looking at pics of other pregnant women, so I block all of them when they get annoying, but I get that they want to post pics of their pregnancy. I get not being interested in seeing that ****, but the rage seems so out of place. Don't you guys get it? Their pregnancy is actually of human value and is actually worth reporting on, so why all the rage on a subject that is actually worthy of social network attention.

I am not saying they actually want someone to die of aids or super aids. But there is more rage in this subject than other subjects. Personally, fB updates about pregnancy is not rageworthy in the slightest.

Disagree. I think there is some inherent value in the creation of human life. I don't really care about the background of the person making the baby, making a baby is good in and of itself. The women that go ahead an create a baby deserve the positive attention they get, and use of facebook is a pretty reasonable means to get that deserved attention.

Could be, could not be. Who knows, it's a fetus that we know nothing about. Generally I think it's a positive to produce a human who has a chance at being a net positive.

Well bare belly pics are gross. My wife just recently created a FB and cringes at the things some people share about their personal life. I have about 30 pics of my kid over the past 14 mos (mostly from 3-4 uploads). By comparison, my best friend has about 200 of his stupid yorkie (a new pic every other day). I don't think anybody ITT has complained about dog pics, but they are easily the most annoying pics posted on my news feed.

I was wondering if anyone was going to add this.

I upload about 3-4 pictures of my puppy a month (all at the same time). I think that's a good amount to keep the people that care up to date without bothering everyone else and making me seem like a crazy dog owner.

For young kids (say less than one year old) I think a couple pictures every couple of weeks seems reasonable. Once your kid hits a certain age though you don't need to keep uploading new pictures - your kid isn't changing that much.
