Rather than indulging him with the "What's wrong?" type of responses that he wanted, his friend's responses were:

I hate people (girls really) who celebrate their birthday month. Seriously, I have one planning almost daily events in July for her 7/4 birthday.

An ex-roommate just posted some (not completely laughable) food porn with a comment about how he's waiting for his (future) wife and that he will cook for her.

I lived with the guy 3 months. He cooked once and did the dishes never.

/cool story bro, I can't complain about it to any of my RL friends.
