I was just thinking about how years ago before the internet, people would end up believing fake things, whether they heard it from someone else, the media, etc. Basically how wives' tales were believed because it was too difficult or too time demanding to find out what it actually true. Then the internet comes along, and you'd think people would be informed and fake things such as this would be obviously a parody, but nope, it's gotten worse, WAY WORSE.

I have 70 year old parents and I don't think she's wrong. Then again they'd probably think the same about me at times. To each their own when it comes to their opinions on euthanizing others. We all have our unique preferences.

I went to a Catholic high school, and one of the priests there is apparently hip and modern and on social media, and added me on facebook.

Meh, I don't think it's that bad. The last sentence is nonsense, but the rest is reasonably meaningful. Humans often have a tendency to exert control over their lives and behave narrowly when given the option (as an extreme example think about Trump doing nothing but watching cable TV, eating junk food and playing golf, or just look at most people around you) and it's better for us to be open and to accept what comes. Melodramatically expressed, but I'm not sure it's wrong up until the last sentence.

Facebook has become a complete ****show anyway with all the worthless clutter but I would have to say the funniest part of it all is the people who spew venom on here because they are miserable. Focus your attention on improving yourself instead of crying on social media and maybe youll be worth something someday.
