You would say that based on a phone call from a person just arrested w/o knowing all of the particulars? You'd let a case proceed to trial w/o presenting convincing exculpatory evidence at the earliest opportunity?
How many times has 'defendant was represented by ineffective counsel' been cited in appeals by your former clients?
You deserve that, imo, I might hire you to defend Charles Manson bec it's hopeless but that's about it. Well, maybe Howard Lederer but I want to see him go away.
