I want to become a dealer but I don't know what skills are required for this job.
You'll be taught the necessary skills in Dealer school which you'll have to pay for yourself.

Do I need to know a lot of math?
Basic math. Since you're in a poker thread, you'll need to know how to add two numbers together, typically both numbers are divisible by 5 or are less than 50. You'll also need to know how to multiple numbers divisible by 5 by 3 and then add another number or numbers to them (also divisible by 5). You'll need to expand your memorization of your multiple tables, generally knowing every number from 1-20 multiplied by 1-5, along with 35, 45, and 75 up to at least 6. This stuff comes naturally though.

Also I'm a non-smoking person and when I see someone smoking I get sick.
I hear this is getting better. I'm sure your body will get used to the second hand smoke.

Why do dealers earn 5...10$ from the start?I mean don't you earn a lot of money by this job from all games?
I don't understand your question. Dealers get tips which can usually push them over $20 an hour. In high end casinos I've heard they can easily make $30 or more.
