I wanted to bump this thread and say that the MOST DELICIOUS cuban sandwich is when I make BBQ pork, I save 10% of the meat and stew it in "mojo marinade" for 12 hours and it makes the most delicious sandwiches on earth! (add salami, swiss cheese, and honey mustard that's all!)
