I don't know who made the other blog, but if it's someone (not ADR) Babs owes money to, maybe he should pay them.

Neil site is down, he contacted the company hosting nimadamus and that's their standard message. I don't know if there is anything else that can be done to prove it's gone for good.
ADR is his only debt from what babs has told me, if there is someone else he owes then that's a other story in regards to the blogs. I haven't seen anything posted about an additional debt so I am assuming ADR is the only one.

Bluff, I don't believe *him* that he can't just turn the site back on at a moment's notice, with a message like that.

I don't know what to say, I'm not very knowledgeable about this topic. Can't you take it down and if nimadamus comes back then so does your site?

I'm not making a negotiated settlement with him. I said if he shut down the business, I would have no more reason to warn about the scam. The burden is on him to show that it's actually shut down, and not just suspended in another scam.

I have also received the same info as Greg that babs has another significant debt outstanding involving betting activity stemming from the prior thread.

I have no idea if it's true, nor have I done any investigation into whether or not it's accurate. However, it would seem reasonable to me that individual is involved with the other blog.

Sounds like maybe Jim hasn't given you all the relevant info.

Having said all that, I don't think babs has anything to worry about with that blog. It seems to have an ax to grind with the picks site, not him personally. I don't see any references to his name on that site.

So if I were him I'd be focused on convincing Neil to take his site down.

I also can confirm this info about another debtor being out there as well.

What do you mean clear it up? You have a direct line of communication with the person who can clear everything up for you.

I am just telling you information that was relayed to me by someone I trust about additional sports betting/gambling debt(s) that Jim had built up based on interactions from that thread, and that the blog might be related to the lack of resolution of those debts.

Jim knows who he owes/has owed and what is outstanding. Maybe he has paid back all his outstanding debts and that's not the source of the blog. I don't know. But given past history, I'd say it's more likely he's not telling you the whole truth about his situation(s).
